Electrologix Engineering ("Electrologix", "we", "us" or "our") operates eChakshu, an industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) monitoring and intelligent oversight platform available through echakshu.com and its Android application.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information in connection with eChakshu, including information provided during account access, information generated through use of the service, and limited technical information required to operate, secure and support the platform.

Account and authentication information

Industrial and operational information

If your eChakshu account is eligible for deletion, you may request account deletion by contacting us using the details below. Please include the email address or user identifier associated with the account so that we can identify and process the request.

Following a verified deletion request, we will delete or anonymise account-associated personal information that we are required or permitted to delete, subject to information that must be retained for legal, security, contractual or legitimate operational purposes.

8. Children's Privacy

eChakshu is an industrial monitoring and business application and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for the purpose of providing a child-directed service.
